The Division 2 is one of the finest games that Ubisoft has published in recent years. Developed by Massive Entertainment, the online third-person shooter takes place in a Washington D.C. that has been devastated by a genetically engineered virus. I thought the game was only multiplayer friendly which is why I did not consider it when it was released in March 2019. But upon further research, I found that there is quite a bit of content for solo players and purchased the game last winter. I’m glad I did because it is a game I enjoy. The video above gives you a gameplay sample to check out. Don’t forget to visit The Video Gamer’s Advocate YouTube page and subscribe.

Independent game developers and publishers have been responsible for some of the most innovative gaming experiences I’ve had in the past few years. The care and passion put some of these indie developers and publishers put into their games not only rivals the bigger-budgeted AAA titles, but many times leads to better games. If you’re tired of being disappointed by the bigger gaming companies then it may be time for you to dive into indie gaming.
