The latest upload on The Video Gamer’s Advocate YouTube channel features a bit over 10 minutes of gameplay from Battlefield 2, namely the RECBZ Mod by Zhuge Yenfung. This mod is fantastic fun because of its fast pace and colossal over-the-top action. You will see bodies flying during the course of the video in a way that the default gameplay could never match. You can download the RECBZ Mod at https://www.mediafire.com/file/ke1q7bou3u7mj90/RECBZ-0804.zip/file. Thoughts on The Game Awards Show

-This year’s The Game Awards was the first video gaming awards show I’ve seen in over 15 years.

Final Fantasy VII Remake (Best Role-Playing, Best Score and Music), Hades, (Best Indie, Best Action), Ghosts of Tsushima (Best Art Direction, Best Player’s Voice), and Among Us (Best Multiplayer, Best Mobile) all brought home two awards apiece. Check out all of the results HERE. Continue Reading

I came into this week with the topics that I wanted to post on fully laid out. What I was going to post on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday were already planned. They are, “Games That Motivate Me to Get Up and Be Better” by Marcus Stewart and, “My Fond Farewell to Monster Hunter: World” by Jason Guisao. Both men are currently associate editors at the publication and I appreciate their candor. Continue Reading
